Outdoor Items
Move all potted plants, tables, chairs, decor, etc., at least 15’ away from the house. Our techs work alone and having these items moved allows them to do their job without incurring additional labor costs.
Windows & Doors
Ensure all windows and doors are closed, please visually inspect weather stripping and place towels inside if you know you have leaking issues (although we do use a soft wash process) Outer screens must be lifted up by a few inches in order for all debris to flow out thoroughly.
Driveways
Prior to our arrival, kindly relocate any vehicles from the driveway. Additionally, please exercise caution to avoid running over our hoses, as they are susceptible to damage, and any repairs may incur charges.
Screen Porches/Gates
Unlock screen doors and gates so we have full access.
Window Sills
Please ensure all exterior window screens are either removed or raised for our deep clean house washing package. This step enables us to clean window sills thoroughly and is a mandatory part of the process.
Water Supply
Please ensure that all exterior water connections, such as outdoor faucets and hose bibs, are in proper working condition and accessible for our service. If your property relies on well water, please notify us immediately.
